For optimal health and beneficial ingredients to help fight cancer.
Raw foods are valuable when blended together as a natural �Green Shake�.
Take one glass three times daily.
Quantity and measurements can be varied to taste
When taken as part of a balanced diet, can assist in weight loss.
Healthy Shake Recipe
� 1 x medium sized green and red capsicum
� Handfull (half cup) of Sultanas
� Small bunch of Coriander
� 2 sticks of Celery
� 1 Avocado
� Juice of half a Lemon or Lime
� 2 teaspoons Spirulina Powder
� 1 can of Coconut Water
� 1 Apple
� 2 Kiwi fruits
Beneficial ingredients incorporated in cooked meals:
� 1 tsp Cumin powder
� 1 tsp Turmeric
� Mint Leaves (to taste)
� Red onions
Healthy Breakfast Ideas:
� Rock melon and water melon accompanied with 1 glass of healthy shake.
� Cooked natural porridge oats. After cooking, stir in 2 dessert spoons of Chia Seeds and 1 dessert spoon of "Manukau plus 10" Honey.
� It's beneficial to try and eat up to three cloves of raw garlic during lunch or dinner
� Chewing on a handful of fresh parsley and fresh mint afterwards will help neutralize the aftertaste in � the mouth
� Eat a good selection of fruits, veggies and salad throughout the week
